The R9 290X spat out 54.6fps in BioShock Infinite, 30% more than the HD 7970 GHz Edition, 2% more than the GTX 780 and 8% less than the GTX Titan.
The R9 290X’s 34ms frame time performance was slightly slower than the HD 7970 GHz Edition, slightly faster than the GTX 780 and 25% behind the GTX Titan.

The R9 290X also delivered excellent frame time performance in 4A’s first-person shooter, taking just 27.1ms between frames at 2560x1600 for a very respectable 36%, 54% and 31% edge over the HD 7970 GHz Edition, GTX 780 and GTX Titan.
