The PCmark Vantage SSD (Solid State Drive) results were interesting as our Corsair drive was considerably slower on the DFI motherboards for some reason. The LANParty UT X58-T3eH8 for example was 10% slower in the Windows Defender test, while the LANParty JR X58-T3H6 was 7% slower than the Asus and MSI X58 motherboards. This test was run several times and this was the average result.
CrystalDiskMark confirmed the lower SSD performance, though this time the margins were smaller.
We used SiSoftware Sandra 2009 to compare network performance. As you can see the LANParty UT X58-T3eH8 and LANParty JR X58-T3H6 motherboards were for some reason limited to 67MB/s maximum throughput. Why this was the case we are not sure, but we can tell you that the MSI X58 Pro-E reached 78MB/s, and both controllers on the Asus P6T Deluxe reached well over 70MB/s.
